Sedooz.sk is a family‑owned company that offers high‑standard office and seating furniture for office spaces, but also for homes. The company’s portfolio consists of seating furniture from leading European and international manufacturers, with the possibility of easy configuration tailored to specific customer requirements and ideas.

Client’s idea

What were the needs?

Above all, the client needed a partner who would be able to stand the pace with him and provide him with all the services to keep the e‑shop running smoothly. The cooperation with the previous company did not suit the client because it limited him in every aspect. Therefore, he decided to completely switch his e‑shop to the Shoptet Premium platform, which, by making the API available, allowed him to implement ideas for further development of the e‑shop without limitations.




Shoptet Premium in cooperation with a proven Premium partner mime digital guarantee clients that the complete migration from the previous solution will be seamless. Although the original solution did not provide data exports that could be used to migrate the e‑shop, a custom tool was created for this case to scan products from the e‑shop and modify the data for compatibility with Shoptet.



The client received a customized e‑shop design optimized for mobile and desktop. This was preceded by a precise UX analysis, wireframe and subsequent coding.


It also included the development and implementation of a product configurator that allows customers to change the materials of the furniture on the e‑shop according to their own ideas.

Interactive section

The last but not least bespoke feature is the inclusion of an interactive photo section, which serves as inspiration when furnishing a home or office space and allows you to click directly through to the product.

What do you see as the biggest added value in switching to Shoptet Premium?

Certainly a financial saving considering all the functionality that Shoptet Premium offers. Elsewhere we would have to have them laboriously programmed, which is not an ideal solution for a small family business.

How does Shoptet Premium help you grow your business?

Long hours of arranging modifications, waiting for their inclusion in the development and then in production have been eliminated, so we can devote more time to our clients and improving the products on our e‑shop. All the features we want are already implemented and we just need to start them from our side, plus we have a good technical support that we can always contact by email and phone, they are always available.

How do you evaluate the cooperation with mime digital?

Mime digital is a bunch of great people with a human approach to problem solving even for non‑IT savvy people like us :). During our project there were a lot of problems that neither we nor mime digital knew about. But they rolled up their sleeves and solved it to our satisfaction.
